EVERWARE AND CBDI FORUM MERGE TO CREATE GLOBAL INDEPENDENT SOA CONSULTING, RESEARCH AND PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

FAIRFAX, VA - June 05, 2006 – Everware, Inc., a respected consulting firm specializing in Enterprise Architecture, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and service oriented solution delivery, and CBDI Forum Limited, the Service Oriented Architecture research and practice development company, announced today they have completed the merger of the two companies to create Everware-CBDI, Inc.

Headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia, USA, the merged company has operations in North America and Europe. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
