Health Insurance

The Everware-CBDI health plan is a nationally recognized, preferred provider organization (PPO) plan and includes Dental and Vision coverage. For salaried employees and their dependents, Everware-CBDI pays a majority of the monthly premium.


Life Insurance

Everware-CBDI provides group life insurance and AD&D coverage for each eligible employee. Everware-CBDI pays the premium for this coverage.

Disability

Everware-CBDI provides comprehensive short-term and long-term disability coverage at no cost to the employee.

Paid Leave

Time Bank Program:
Everware-CBDI offers a flexible paid time-off (Time Bank) program which allows salaried employees to accumulate hours that can be used for vacation, sick leave, personal leave, bereavement and other purposes. Salaried employees with up to five years of service earn 20 days of Time Bank credit per year. Up to 120 hours of Time Bank credit can be carried over from one calendar year to the next.


Paid Holidays:
Everware-CBDI offers salaried employees nine paid holidays: eight fixed calendar holidays and one floating holiday.


Retirement

Defined Contribution Plan 401(k):
Everware-CBDI offers a Deferred Income Plan to all eligible employees (hourly consultants ARE eligible to contribute). This plan allows employees to defer income from current income taxes and grow the contributions tax-free until retirement . Employee contributions are permitted up to the maximum allowed by law . The Company may match employee contributions at a declared rate.
