Co-founder of Everware-CBDI with over 30 years of experience as a
consultant and manager in commercial and government markets with a
primary focus on improving business performance through accelerated

David Sprott
CEO Everware-CBDI International
Co-founder of Everware-CBDI with over 37 years of experience in IT
roles including systems analyst, project manager, consultant, services
manager, development manager, product manager and industry analyst.
Founded CBDI Forum in 1997 and led the research and practice
development company in guiding and advising many large enterprises
worldwide on Service Oriented Architecture. Well known as an authority,
speaker, writer and advisor and has led the development of structured
methods for SOA.

Co-founder of Everware-CBDI with 30 years of experience in systems
development, business analyst, product director, and marketing director
roles within both business/end-user and vendor organizations. Frequent
speaker, author and consultant on best practices in service- and
component-based development, integration approaches and technologies.

Mr. Ellis is an IT professional that has focused his career on modular
design and reuse best practices to increase developer productivity and
organizational efficiency. Mr. Ellis has led software implementation
projects, managed software development infrastructures, and operated a
component-based development center of excellence. He is responsible for
introducing Everware-CBDI’s Service Architecture and Engineering (SAE™)
methodology, best practices, and service offerings to the US Federal
Government.
